As a digital product and organizational leader, I combine a diverse set of design, product, and technical skills that I’ve honed for over two decades, to design, build, and grow transformative civic products.

By building teams that continuously learn and grow, I help them to become human-centered, agile, and outcomes-driven. I am passionate about technology for good and how we can leverage it to make digital services more accessible and equitable for residents of Oakland. I have subject matter expertise in civic, health, education, and financial technology.

Additionally, I have over ten years of experience in urban farming and soil regeneration and frequently use plant-inspired metaphors in my practice.
