Hi I'm Nestor - CERT Basic Instructor.

I have 14 years of service with the Oakland Fire Department. I volunteered to be a CERT instructor to work collaboratively with the Oakland community and enhance all aspects of emergency preparedness. My favorite CERT units to teach are Unit 1 - Disaster Preparedness and Unit 6 -Fire and Utility Safety. I speak Spanish and enjoy being active on my days off.
