Hi I'm Tracey - CERT Basic Instructor.

I have 22 years of service with the City of Oakland Fire Department and I volunteered to be a CERT instructor because I love teaching Disaster First Aid - CERT Units 3 & 4.

I know that our community will be better if we can empower citizens to care for each other and provide the lifesaving Disaster Medical aid that may be needed immediately following a major incident.
