Please Note: These filings must be made electronically through Oakland’s NetFile system.

First Pre-Election Statement

  • Deadline: March 6, 2025
  • Period Covered: January 1, 2025 – March 1, 2025
  • Forms Required: Form 460 (Recipient Committee Campaign Statement) or Form 470 (Officeholder and Candidate Campaign Statement – Short Form) as applicable.

Second Pre-Election Statement

  • Deadline: April 3, 2025
  • Period Covered: March 2, 2025 – March 29, 2025
  • Forms Required: Form 460 (Recipient Committee Campaign Statement)
