Take advantage of on-bill financing from PG&E for qualifying businesses. On-bill financing provides 0% loans between $5,000 and $4,000,000 for replacement of older equipment with energy-efficient or all electric alternatives. Loans are repaid on the customer’s energy bill within 10 years.

Bay Area Regional Energy Network (BayREN)- for qualifying small businesses
Switch Is On- A statewide outreach and education campaign, Switch Is On has an extensive website to help businesses understand electrification and connect to contractors and rebates.
Ava Community Energy (formerly East Bay Community Energy)- Oakland’s default electricity provider, Ava is a public utility dedicated to reduced rates and local, clean energy. EBCE provides rebates to support holistic electrification, including for battery storage, induction stoves, and commercial kitchen electrification.
Property-assessed clean energy (PACE)- PACE financing leverages a property’s equity to secure loans for property upgrades, then repaid through property taxes. Qualifying upgrades include solar, windows and doors, heating and air conditioning, and roofing.
GoGreen Financing- Part of the California Hub for Energy Efficiency Financing, GoGreen leverages ratepayer funds to negotiate lower rates, longer payback periods, and larger borrowed amounts for energy efficiency projects.
