The Oakland Paid Internship and Training Program provides qualified Oakland residents with free academic training and a 10 week paid internship with Oakland cannabis businesses.

The City of Oakland is proud to announce a groundbreaking Cannabis Paid Internship and Training Program. The initiative, funded by the Governor's Office of Business and Economic Development (Go-Biz) and the City of Oakland is overseen by Case4Cannabis, Inc. (C4C), in partnership with Merritt College and the Oakland Private Industry Council (OPIC). Participants will receive academic training at Merritt College followed by paid internships at Oakland cannabis businesses. Please see below for more information.
