Film Permit Neighborhood Notification

For some film shoots, you will need to distribute a Neighborhood Notification Advisory Notice to the businesses and/or residences in the vicinity of your film shoot. The Film Office will let you know if a notification is required for your shoot. The document below may be used as a fill-in-the-blank template or a sample for your Neighborhood Notification.
