Oakland 2045 General Plan Update | Infrastructure and Capital Facilities Element

This will be the City's first time creating an Infrastructure and Public Facilities Element. The goals of the Element are:

1. Plan for well-maintained, resilient, and high-quality critical systems that serve the city and its people.
2. Support an equitably distributed, and well-maintained network of public facilities that support Oaklanders’ health and well-being.
