A permitted dispensary must get an onsite consumption permit for cannabis to be consumed on the premises of the dispensary.
A public hearing will be scheduled and noticed to neighbors within 300’ of the dispensary to provide their support or concern.
Your application should include:
· A parking plan;
· A ventilation plan;
· An anti-drugged driving plan
· Proposed hours of operation.
A decision will be provided 30 days after the public hearing which will identify specific conditions if a permit is granted
